Returns & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges, however we do have one exception, we only offer refunds for defected items. Every package leaving our facility is carefully inspected and our goods are free of defects and manufacturing errors. If you find any quality issues with your order, please contact us within 2 days from the arrival date of receiving your goods and state reason for refund request. If it is past 2 days you will be ineligible to receive a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-exchangeable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns (if applicable)
Please end us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send clear photos of the damage. Once the photos have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Late or Missing Returns (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your return for the product yet, within 15 days please email us at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your product. Or a gift certificate can be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver.
